Gibran’s “illustrator” exhibit is featured in this year’s Artomatic Heron Gibran’s “illustrator” exhibit is featured in this year’s Artomatic (www.Artomatic.org). Illustrator is a year in the life of Heron Gibran, a year full of growth and transition. I started my own business, quit my job, and decided to pursue my art. The emptiness that grew due to my lack of creation could not be filled by my paycheck. So I was closing a chapter to open a new one. This year my art has taken me around the world from live performances in Amsterdam to creating President Obama endorsed illustrations on the rooftops of downtown L.A. It has been an exciting time filled with promise and I graciously ask you come along.
